Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather delays.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you need delivery outside the US, contact us at support@marlown.com before placing your order and we'll let you know what's possible.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
